Travel apps free or to buy for visiting Tuscany. Today, it is possible to get to know an area by downloading all you need onto your smartphone. In the last few years, the Tuscan tourist board has produced a series of very useful apps which are often free for tourists who want to explore Tuscany.

Tuscany+: without doubt, this is the principle app to discover Tuscany. All you have to do is point your iPhone in any direction to discover straightaway everything around you: restaurants, café’s, historic buildings, museums, hotels etc! Clicking on the icons that appear on the screen, you can access more detailed information on every point of interest.

VVC Card: this is a type of tourism card that can be downloaded on your own device to obtain information about events, guides, vistor and weather information, and discounts in more than 100 museums, nature parks and spas in Tuscany.
